PLEASE READ - CORRECTION - PLEASE READ

Greetings everyone!

I would like to address a clerical error that was made in the Spring newsletter. In the section with the heading that is titled "Swap Meet Changes at a Glance," you will see the first bullet point reads "This year's Swap Meet will start on Wednesday, August 28th. Vendors will be able to setup on Tuesday, August 27th." Our meet will not start setup on the 27th for vendors. Rather the meet, as well as vendor setup, will start the morning of the 28th, on Wednesday. On Tuesday the vendors are more than welcome to stage in the parking lot of the fairgrounds as they have always done. However, they will not gain any access to their spots, or the ability to setup until Wednesday. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and any possible confusion this may have caused. Again, for final clarification, vendors may stage in the parking lot prior to Wednesday the 28th, but will not be able to actually set up until the morning of the 28th. All club members are welcome and encouraged to volunteer any time available before Wednesday the 28th to help get things ready in any capacity you can. Thank you again for all your continued support, and we look forward to seeing everyone at this year's meet. Please bring all your military bikes to show off this year, and pack the display room, as we honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Thank you, and see you soon!
